Hügelsheim... 35+ years after I lived there from 1981 until 1983
Looking east-south-east over my village of „Hügelsheim“, the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) can be seen in the distance, with Fremersberg Tower (German: Fremersbergturm) on the large hill to the right of centre.
At the foothills of the Black Forest in the distance, „Haueneberstein“ is on the left in the picture, „Baden-Baden“ is in the centre, and „Sinzheim“ towards the right.
„Klein-Kanada“ (Little Canada), CFB Baden-Söllingen's PMQs (married quarters), can be seen on the right edge almost ½-way down.
